and create a custom quote depending on their specific needs.

for out of town guests as well as welcome packages, children’s activities

Complete Coordination
Complete coordination is for the wedding couple that needs a helping hand with
all aspects of their wedding. The wedding couple will still need to play an active
role in describing their vision (it is still your wedding!), but as experienced
wedding coordinators, we will be there to guide you through the entire process.
From setting the date, to finding the venue, to confirming your vendors, we will
be there every step of the way. Once the time arrives, our professional coordinators
will look after all of the details to allow you and your family and friends to
enjoy the celebrations without any interruptions.
Day Of Coordination (includes rehearsal)
Day of coordination is for the wedding couple that has finalized all the details
and has realized that they cannot be in two places at the same time! Our professional
wedding coordinators will be on-site to take care of the details and ensure that
everything is running in a smooth and timely manner. We will be there so that
you are able to hand over the responsibilities and be self-assured that they
will be done so that you can focus on getting married. We want your family and
friends to enjoy the celebrations with you and not have to worry about a late
vendor or a misplaced chair tie.
Services begin as soon as you are ready and will start with a detailed consultation
to go over the overall vision, vendors, schedule and budget to ensure that everything
is set and ready to go. ** Please note that day of coordination services
is automatically included with complete coordination.
À La Carte
Getting married can often be demanding and overwhelming. À la carte wedding
services was created for those that want a little of this and a little of that.
It is a helping hand to keep the process moving and fun.
Services will begin with a detailed consultation to discuss details, exchange
ideas and offer suggestions with regards to the style of the wedding. We will
then create a customized package that will best fit your needs.

of paper invites, environmentally sensitive vendors are becoming easier to find.
